领导学习奖

学生, 工作人员, 父母/家庭, visitors 和 community partners are invited to submit nominations to recognize any Kent ISD 工作人员 person for the 领导学习奖.

Nominations are received by 人力资源 和 reviewed by uedbet官网ISD's 引领ership team. Award recipients are selected on a rolling monthly basis 和 there is no deadline for submission. Individuals receiving an award may be recognized at the public Board of Education meetings 和/or in uedbet官网ISD communications.

There are two distinct categories of the 领导学习奖: 超越自我 和 Being a 引领er of 学习. Regardless of which category is selected, nominees should demonstrate one or more of uedbet官网ISD’s organizational values of:

超越自我 – Setting an Example

While small acts of kindness 和 general support are very important 和 always appreciated, this recognition is intended for contributions, actions 和 impact that are truly above 和 beyond, having a substantial impact on one or more parties.

Being a 引领er of 学习

Any uedbet官网ISD 工作人员 person is eligible for the 引领er of 学习 category including instructional, non-instructional, 支持人员, 和 administrators because leadership can 和 should emerge from every level of an organization. Being a 引领er of 学习 is typically not based on a single event or contribution but is instead reflective of a sustained effort 和 demonstrated commitment over time to lead by example, time, 和 talents toward an effort that directly or indirectly elevates the achievement, 机会, access or wellbeing of our learners 和/or colleagues.
